Our Treatment Involves Scale and Corrosion prevention in the heat transfer areas.
The Treatment is done through following formulation
AQUATCHEM - 454
A Multifunctional free flowing product to take care of scale and
corrosion of boiler system which contains inorganic Phosphates, Oxygen
scavenger, sludge conditioner and alkalinity builder. It is the suitable
product where the industries have good external treatment systems.
AQUATCHEM -441
Free flowing liquid with Carbonate treatment consisting of
Carbonate sludge conditioner, corrosion inhibitor and alkalinity builder.
It is designed to prevent scale and corrosion for the boiler system where
the industries use raw water as feed water.
AQUATCHEM -450
Concentrated free flowing liquid with powerful alkalinity builder
will keep the require Hydrogen ion concentration inside the broiler
Drum. It also contains sludge conditioner to take care of sludge
accumulated in th drum.
AQUATCHEM - 499
A Liquid product with catalysed Oxygen scavenger and sludge
conditioner to take care of the corrosion occurrence due to dissolved
Oxygen in the boiler system.
AQUATCHEM - 499 -T
It is organic based oxygen scavenger to take care of corrosion due
to dissolved oxygen. This is suitable product where the TDS is an
alarming problem.
DESCALING
AQUATCHEM - 370 / 377 / 379
A Multifunctional free flowing product to take care of scale and
corrosion of boiler system which contains inorganic Phosphates, Oxygen
scavenger, sludge conditioner and alkalinity builder. It is the suitable
product where the industries have good external treatment systems.
AQUATCHEM -NEUTRALIZER
A liquid product which is used after circulation of descaling
chemicals to neutralize the residual of descaling chemicals to avoid
corrosion.
AQUATCHEM - 3030 / 3060 / 3090
Ro Anti scalent powerful sequestering agent will prevent scale
forming minerals from scale formation. It will keep penetrating pores
active to fetch maximum treated water in the process and keeps less
maintenance.
DOSAGE
AQUATCHEM Products are easy to handle. The dosage depends on
the quality of water and the operating parameter. The product should be
dosed as per the instruction by our technical person. Our company will
provide assistance in arriving the optimum dosage for usersystem.
PACKING
AQUATCHEM is being supplied in 35/50 kgs. Jerry cans.
HANDLING
AQUATCHEM may cause irritation on contact with skin or eyes.
In case of irritation, wash the contact area with clean and cold water and
follow it with medical attention.
